Resending ST After Online Error

Scenario: A candidate calls in to state they accidentally submitted their master’s exam to TX and needed to have the Clinical exam to AK.

Open candidate information in registration, make sure you have highlighted the correct registration to transfer and hit the Examinations tab. Click on Order scores and put in how request was received.

Instead of Official score transfer/ duplicate score report- use the last option that says “RESEND FREE” and select the jurisdiction it should be submitted too. Verify correct level exam and state and then hit the button under the state that says, “Request Resend (Immediate)”.

Make sure to add notes that this was completed, the information will NOT show up on the registration details, so it is up to the specialist to make the notes of which level and state you submitted too and why.
