Changes prior to registration

This is only on very rare occasion if:
- The first and last name on the approval are transpose
- Candidate’s name has an obvious spelling error
- Or is showing differently in database then on the “official” approval list

If candidate called and said Delon Veraluz was the last name and Adelina was the first name – You would need to process this change in 2 areas:
Update candidate information under the new registration tab, you would copy the candidate SSN# and start as if to make a new registration
You would type in the corrected name and hit the “Update Approval Name” button, there will be a pop-up that comes up asking if you are sure, go ahead and click ok. Once that is completed, you can close the new registration and go back to candidate info, if you use the “search” button again you will see both names updated. Candidate will need to wait overnight and then will be able to process the online registration as of next day.
