Monthly PC Reports

You will use multiple spreadsheets and the CRCSpecial Exams program.

You will first need to copy the other PCs tracking data onto your tracking data spreadsheet (C:\Users\JJohnson\OneDrive - ASWB\Exam Admin - General\Project Coordinators\Reports\Request Tracking). You will then need highlight the whole page (clicking the arrow in the top left of the spreadsheet). Click on Sort & Filter, and then click Filter. You will then need to sort by date.

You then will need to go into the monthly tracking spreadsheet, make sure to go into the current year. (C:\Users\JJohnson\OneDrive - ASWB\Exam Admin - General\Monthly Reports\Project Coordinators). You will click on the folder that says Applications. You will need to open the spreadsheet for the correct quarter.

In the Quarterly spreadsheet you will need to enter the data that it is asking for.

In CRCSpecial Exams

To run the data for Waivers approved:

  1. Click on Reports

  2. Click on Special Approvals

  3. Change start date and end date to the month you are running the report for.

  4. Click on 90D Waiver

  5. Click the box for Send to Excel

  6. Click on RunReport

  7. Once the spreadsheet opens you will need to sort & filter the spreadsheet (using the steps above).

  8. You will then sort by name

  9. Once sorted, delete row 1; and highlight from the first A name to the last K name

    1. Take note of the number that the last K name is on

  10. You will enter the number from 9a; into the Quarterly spreadsheet under Waivers approved A-K

  11. You will then go back to the spreadsheet, delete the A - K names

  12. Highlight from the first L name to the last Z name

    1. Take note of the number that the last Z name is on

  13. You will enter the number from 12a into the quarterly spreadsheet under Waivers approved L-Z

  14. Once you have the data from the spreadsheet you can close, do not save the spreadsheet

To run data for Excused approved:

  1. Click on Excused

  2. Click the box for Send to Excel

  3. Click on RunReport

  4. Once the spreadsheet opens you will need to sort & filter the spreadsheet (using the steps above).

  5. You will then sort by name

  6. Once sorted, delete row 1; and highlight from the first A name to the last K name

    1. Take note of the number that the last K name is on

  7. You will enter the number from 9a; into the Quarterly spreadsheet under Excused approved A-K

  8. You will then go back to the spreadsheet, delete the A - K names

  9. Highlight from the first L name to the last Z name

    1. Take note of the number that the last Z name is on

  10. You will enter the number from 12a into the quarterly spreadsheet under Excused approved L-Z

  11. Once you have the data from the spreadsheet you can close, do not save the spreadsheet

To run data for Extensions approved:

In the PC tracking spreadsheet

  1. Your PC tracking spreadsheet should already be sorted; if not, sort now, using steps above

  2. You will need to sort by Request

  3. You will highlight the rows for Extensions and copy and paste them to a blank spreadsheet

  4. Once pasted you will click on the arrow on the top right of the spreadsheet

  5. You will click on Sort & Filter

  6. You will click on Custom Sort

    1. Add level

    2. Under Column; Sort by: Resolution

    3. Under Column; Then by; Coordinator

  7. Once sorted, delete row 1; and highlight from the first A name to the last K name

    1. Take note of the number that the last K name is on

  8. You will enter the number from 7a; into the Quarterly spreadsheet under Extension approved A-K

  9. You will then go back to the spreadsheet, delete the A - K names

  10. Highlight from the first L name to the last Z name

    1. Take note of the number that the last Z name is on

  11. You will enter the number from 10a into the quarterly spreadsheet under Extension approved L-Z

  12. You will then go back and delete the approved L-Z names.

    1. The only thing left at this point should be the extensions that are denied

  13. The number of denied extensions will need to go into the quarterly spreadsheet under Extensions Denied/Incomplete

  14. Once you have the data from the spreadsheet you can close, do not save the spreadsheet

 

To run the data for Waivers denied:

In the PC tracking spreadsheet

  1. Your PC tracking spreadsheet should already be sorted; if not, sort now, using steps above

  2. You will need to sort by Request

  3. You will highlight the rows for Waivers and copy and paste them to a blank spreadsheet

  4. In the spreadsheet with just the denied waivers; you will need to take note of the number of denied waivers.

  5. You will enter the denied waivers number in the PC quarterly under Waivers Denied/Incomplete

To run data for Excused denied:

In the PC tracking spreadsheet

  1. Your PC tracking spreadsheet should already be sorted; if not, sort now, using steps above

  2. You will need to sort by Request

  3. You will highlight the rows for Excused and copy and paste them to a blank spreadsheet

  4. In the spreadsheet with just the denied excused; you will need to take note of the number of denied excused.

  5. You will enter the denied waivers number in the PC quarterly under Excused Denied/Incomplete

 

The Quarterly spreadsheet will automate the other totals.
