Background and strategic fit
The ASWB Licensing Services team requires that the applicants of the pre-approval applications for CO, UT & TX that they process are properly notified of next steps when they have passed or failed their exam. The team also requires that the system track the number of tests and the results of each taken by an applicant for reporting purposes.
Assumptions
The requirements for this project apply to all pre-approval applications processed by ASWB Licensing Services team.
All communications with the applicant will utilize the same templates, with replaceable jurisdiction information (name, email, URL, etc.)
The system will only consider exam results for an applicant for the same exam level as indicated on their application, and within the approval period of the application.
