1. The system requires the Candidate to Accept the Confidentiality Statement within 5 minutes of its display on the screen. If they candidate waits too long, or selects the “Decline” the system will not allow the Candidate to continue.

2. In order to allow the Candidate to be able to take the practice exam we must reissue the practice test using the following process:

   1. Log into the ASWBCentral Site Admin website

   2. Locate and access the Candidates record per your normal process

   3. Locate the practice test that the Candidate can no longer proceed with

   4. Click the “Issue new IPT” link for the practice test,

I have been approved for extra time when I take my ASWB examination, is there a way for me to increase the time allowed during the practice test?

When the Candidate first accesses their practice test, there is a link in the second paragraph “Click here”

1. Click the hyperlink

2. When prompted for a password enter ASWB (all capitals)

3. Press the Login button

4. Click the radio button next to the corresponding time you would like to add

5. Click ok

The second paragraph will be appended with red bold text showing the selection the Candidate made.

I can’t scroll down to accept the terms and conditions.

2. Have the user try to “zoom out” on the page. Each press of the key combination will zoom out one level

I can’t find my authorization to test number

Access your authorization to test email that was sent from ASWB. The authorization number is located under Making a test appointment, #2

I do not understand the diagnostic page on my practice test.

On the Diagnostic Page, if you click on the WORDS under “Category”, you will get all the questions – right and wrong, in that category.  If you click on the NUMBER under “Total Incorrect”, you will only get the questions you got wrong.

How do I review questions with out scrolling through every question?

This message is letting you know that you have purchased this test previously. There is only one version of the practice test available. If you want to purchase it again, please choose next.
