I can’t scroll down to accept the terms and conditions.

  1. The system is designed for most standard screen resolutions. The user should set their resolution to at least 1280 x 960.

  2. Have the user try to “zoom out” on the page. Each press of the key combination will zoom out one level

    1. On Windows: Press Control and the minus ( - ) key

    2. On Mac: Press Command and the minus ( - ) key

I can’t find my authorization to test number

Access your authorization to test email that was sent from ASWB. The authorization number is located under Making a test appointment, #2

I do not understand the diagnostic page on my practice test.

On the Diagnostic Page, if you click on the WORDS under “Category”, you will get all the questions – right and wrong, in that category.  If you click on the NUMBER under “Total Incorrect”, you will only get the questions you got wrong.

How do I review questions with out scrolling through every question?

Please go to https://products.aswb.org Your username is your email. If you need a password reset, select “I forgot my password”. Once you login completely, you should see “My Practice Tests” on your Dashboard. Your 30-day access begins when you press the green “Launch” button.

I did not get an email after I purchased the practice test.

When reviewing, some of my incorrect answers were actually correct (both the highlighted and the bubbled answer are the same)

I am getting a warning message when trying to purchase the practice test.

This message is letting you know that you have purchased this test previously. There is only one version of the practice test available. If you want to purchase it again, please choose next.
