The ASWBCentral system will direct individuals to the correct forms

The ASWBCentral system will display a message prior to the redirect to the ITS form if all users will see the new forms

Are the forms for all levels being changed?

Can IT be provided with a mapping of the old form identifiers to their corresponding new identifiers?

Besides the form IDs have their been any other changes to the access methods and security protocols that we must consider?

Will the old forms remain active?

• If so, and an individual has previously accessed the practice test, do they return to the old form or the new form?

• If not, is there any notification that must be sent to (via email) or displayed via popup message to the users with an active practice test?

  • Who will work with MARCOMM for the content of the message?

  • If sending emails, will IT or MARCOMM be responsible for sending the message?

The targeted launch date for the project was noted to be January 1, 2023. The ASWB offices are closed on both January 1st and 2nd, 2023. Can we move this change to January 3rd?
