Quarterly Reconciliation with Pearson VUE

  • ASWB will receive email from Pearson VUE team containing quarterly count information

    • Subject: ASWB (Year) (Quarter) N Count

  • Pearson VUE includes a table with exam category, monthly administrations, and quarterly totals

    • If there are any Authorization IDs excluded, this information will also be listed in the email

  • ASWB is to respond back to the email, adding an additional ROW to the table titled “ASWB” with our count of administrations

    • If there are bad records that have been excluded, these should also be listed in the email

  • If there are discrepancies, ASWB should include an exported list of the authorization numbers for the relevant exam category

    • This information is pulled from ASWB Access Query DB

      • Monthly Exam Rec Query

      • Only send the authorization numbers to PV, other candidate information should be deleted.

  • ASWB and Pearson VUE will communicate through the email string to resolve any discrepancies

    • Final email strings are saved here: S:\EXAM SERVICES\EServ Mgmt\CSC Board Reports\2022 Exam Admin Reports\Quarterly Reconciliation PV Emails

    • Numbers are updated on CSC Board Reports
