All ESL/ELL applications must be obtained by contacting the non-standard testing arrangements team by email or ext. 3250 and requesting the application.
Since all states do not allow ELL accommodations, application form not available on website.

Must be done before registration.
Depending on state, we can only provide:
Extra time and/or use of dictionaries.
Exam is only in English.
CA - Time and a half ONLY (effective 10/1/2017)
Candidates are responsible for bringing own word to word translation dictionary.
ELL accommodations do not expire within the same jurisdictions.
Candidates must reapply if changing jurisdictions only.
States that DO NOT allow ELL for testing
MI, & NY do not provide ELL accommodations and will not accept score transfers for candidates that tested with ELL arrangements.
If candidate has questions about ELL nonstandard testing arrangements:
Specialist can advise to candidate whether a state accepts ELL or not.
