Non-Standard Testing Arrangement/ ADA
All applications are processed in the order they are received, and it can typically take 3 weeks to process. Once processed, candidates will receive an email with an attached determination letter.

If the candidate calls and needs forms or additional information - email specialarrangments@aswb.org
If a candidate wants to speak to someone immediately, transfer to 3250. If no one is available, the candidate will need to leave a message and their call will be returned.
This extension could provide information if applications received and sending the application forms to candidates.
If candidate is calling to get status of their request, they must email for an update, or to schedule a call.
Nonstandard Testing Arrangements Applications
Should be done before registration.
All requests for nonstandard testing arrangements must be submitted with original signatures. Copies or faxed signatures will not be accepted.
Nonstandard testing arrangement requests are valid for one year, with the exception of pregnancy which expires on the candidate’s due date.
Nonstandard testing arrangement details are printed on the candidate’s Authorization to Test email.
Candidates may register on the day the testing arrangements expire.
The accommodations will remain active through that registration period.

Ext 3250 will be available to answer basic questions or setting up callbacks.

Paper and pencil Candidates
will show as “absent” until their exam is scored. This status will now show as NA as of 3/11/24.
