How-to process Score report

Over Phone/Mail/Email

You will first need to find the candidate in the program. Once you have located the candidate you willneed to highlight the exam information that they want to transfer. Before placing the order, you will need to make sure that the state that the Score Transfer is going to accepts the score, you will need to check your state pages first.

 

You will then need to go to the Update Candidate Info command. You will need to get any current information from the candidate. For example, last name, address, phone numbers, and email. Once you have updated all the information you will need to click Save Candidate. When you get the popupbox that says Candidate info changed, click OK.

 

You will then need to click on the Examinations tab and click the Order Scores command. You will thenneed to fill in the Ordered VIA‐Mail Email or Fax, Type of Product/Service‐ Official Score Transfer, Transfer to‐ the state it is going to, Payment Info‐Credit Card/Money Order. You will then click on Charge card.

 

You will need to collect the card number, card expiration date, 3‐digit code on the back of the card. Youwill also need the billing zip code for the card and the best telephone number for the candidate. You will need to copy the Auth. Code and paste in the Registration program.

 

You will then come back to the order screen and paste the Auth. No into the CC Auth No field. Fill in theName on Card field. You will need to add your note, check the box that says Note added. Be sure to note if online/registry or just score transfer and to the state it is getting submitted too. Also add if name change was completed and if verified. (Example: ST to MD. Verified name change documentation/ Tracey) Then click on Place the Order.

 

DIRECTIONS: Once you have clicked on Place the Order, you will get the screen that lets you know the order has been processed.
