ASWB cannot guarantee that any assistive learning devices will work with the Practice exam. Due to the number of updates and versions we are unable to keep track of all the assistive devices. If you attempt to use an assistive device that is not compatible with the ASWB Practice exam, we will try to trouble shoot to the best of our ability. Please follow the following instructions to clear you cache, and if still not working answer the additional 4 questions:

Please clear your browsers cache.

1. Instructions: https://clear-my-cache.com/ (this is a third-party site not affiliated with ASWB in any way)

2. In the upper right-hand corner of the page there is a button "Detect my browser", press that button.

3. The page will now refresh to the specific instructions on deleting the cache for the browser you are using.

4. If it cannot detect the browser, you are using a browser which we do not support.

Additional questions if still not working after cache is cleared:

1. Please provide a screenshot showing your entire screen (the entire browser and toolbar with timestamp)

2. Have you tried accessing the site from a different computer?

3. Is the computer you are currently using issued by your employer? If so, have you inquired with them to make sure there is no security or firewall settings that may be disrupting the site from loading?

4. Are you using a work/school/home internet? If work or school, have you confirmed there is no security or firewall settings that may be disrupting the site from loading.

If candidate can provide proof (Screen shot) the assistive device isn't working, we will provide a complete refund to candidate since we have exhausted all options.

Less used canned reply:

I apologize that the assistive device is not compatible with ASWB’s Practice Exam. We will be issuing you a refund for the $85 fee. You will receive a separate email with the refund confirmation.
