To find a candidate use one of the following
Candidate ID as the ASWB ID number
First and last name
Eligibility number as their auth number
Once found click on the candidates name.
From this page you can see what exam the candidate is taking and if they scheduled. IF ADA is listed then you will see a blue box indicating “Reasonable Accommodations.” You can also see the scheduling information under the TESTS tab.
From the REGISTRATIONS tab you can see every activity that has been done on the candidates account through PSI. This can be helpful for finding when appointments were scheduled and cancelled or rescheduled.
