LiveChat: Disabling Live Assistant

LiveChat has released a beta feature called “Chat with Live assistant”. The availability of this feature is controlled by the Agent, and we can not force the disablement. Agents should NOT use this feature. If they accidentally I have attached the instructions on how to disable it. The steps should be performed for all AI LABS.

 

  1. Click on the AI LABS button in the bottom left corner.

  1. Click on the ellipse in the Chat with Live Assistant box

  1. Click on “Disable visibility”
