Canceling Appt with Accommodations

If a candidate has accommodations and there is no option to cancel a booking, then we would need to click on the button that stated “unblock from scheduling”. That will then give us the option to cancel the booking. But after canceling the booking, the system will then autogenerate a button that states “block from booking” that we can then click to block access back.

 

It’s important that we block the candidate back from booking online so there are no issues down the road with them scheduling their ADA.
