Look up candidate in ASI.
For candidates tested before 1998
Look up candidate in registration and confirm the testing information.
Pull up ASI folder- C:\Users\tdiaz\OneDrive - ASWB\Exam Admin - General
Once you are in the ASI folder, you will need to choose the year of exam.
Once the year is chosen, the file will pull up with all information of every candidate testing that year. You will want to click on the magnifying glass and when the find bar comes up, you will need to enter the candidates SSN to pull the account.
In case SSN doesn’t pull up, look candidate up by name**
When the candidate is found, look at the GE number under the last name.
if ends in 001 passing score & If ends in 000 failing score
Once you have verified that the score was passing, you will process the score transfer as normal, only adding “verified in Asi” in notes.
