Re-send score transfer
Processing Score transfer through Management
For candidates who submitted ST prior to 12/31/2023.
Look up candidate in Registration Database and confirm score transfer request was placed and that was over 30 days ago – check date and copy authorization number.
Open Management database and log in (Name & Changes)
Click on “Send Score Report” on the top ribbon.
Start date would the day request was put in system, and the end date would be on the same date.
End date should be listed as today’s date. Make sure the right button is clicked for send score report for AuthNo.
Paste the Authorization to test number into the AuthNo space and press send.
Resend Score transfer after candidate submitted incorrectly online.
Send information to Specialist II. Jira ticket will need to be created.
