Look up score transfer dates in DBapps

If candidate calls in/ Emails advising, they have already purchased the score transfer and the receiving state hasn’t gotten yet. 

Look up Candidate in Registration, once you confirm the score transfer was processed and was more than 7-10 days prior to the call/ email.

Open the file folder to DBApps – CRC- ScoretransfersReports-Sent

Once in the send folder, pick the state the score transfer was being SENT to

This will pull up every single score transfer to this state, so to narrow down options, use the search bar to put in the candidate’s name.

After the candidate’s name there is a date, that is the date the score transfer was emailed to the state board, and the time stamp also. You can let the candidate know the day & time it was sent.
