Score Transfers
Score transfers go asap to board, however, we still advise 7-10 days since Robert sends them still on Tuesdays.
Score transfers are also available to submit as soon as ASWB has the score.
Score transfers are available on Central for 1 year.
Candidates can be looked up by the board on central using their name.
Changes to Score transfers
SP2 / Management will need to create a Jira for correction on wrong level exam.
SP2/ Management can make corrections for the wrong jurisdiction.
Testing Scores
Once PSI provides the scores to ASWB, they are loaded into Central also.
There is no expiration date for boards on how long they can keep the original scores on file.
Same Day orders (imported)
Cannot be deleted anymore.
All registration corrections or removals all need to be submitted to Robert on a Jira
Duplicate SSN must be submitted to Robert to merge.
If candidate is still in pending status and hasn't been imported yet, this can be deleted, and payment voided.
