  • Initial development is complete for creating and editing registrations and test case documentation and validation is beginning

crcManagement:

  • Minor changes remain to the form displays to account for additional fields.

Pearson Vue file creation:

  • Initial changes have been made to ensure gender values are properly populated in the file sent to PV.

Awaiting final text for error messages associated with new fields and questions which have been altered.

📊 Project status

Accomplishments

  • Initial development of the new registration web pages has been completed and the team is able to successfully process registrations adhering to all documented data validation and business rules.

  • Changes to the crcRegistration and shared code within the legacy applications been completed for creating new and editing existing registrations and the team is able to successfully process registrations adhering to all documented data validation and business rules.

Next steps

  • IT plans to complete the first end-to-end registration (from entry through import) on or before 9/3/2021

  • IT team will document and validate the test cases needed to ensure full coverage of possible scenarios

  • CSC Team (Felicia) to provide the updated error messages to be used so final code changes can be made and appropriate test case documentation screenshots can be taken.

Risks & project issues

  • Continued changes to questions, answer options or logic may result in delays of testing and handoff to CSC

    • All further changes will be subject to the IT Development change management process and will require Senior Management approval.

  • Development team has reduced capacity for September due to staff vacations

    • This reduction was accounted for in all development tasks and timelines.
