Additional notes
ALL candidates registering online/ email/ phone will submit an authorization email within an hour of registration being processed. All changes are sent to PSI automatically.
If a registration isn’t properly accepted, SP2 would receive an email advising of the issue for corrections.
Must cancel appointments 24 hours in advance, otherwise listed as no show.
Accommodation needs to be canceled (if able) on Friday afternoons for Monday testing.
Reschedules are done through PSI, ASWB does not handle them.
ASWB can now cancel appts in PSI if needed (Chargebacks without contact back from candidate)
Email confirmations are sent with appt scheduling.
PSI Test Center Notifications
PSI will begin to notify Candidates via a text message if their test center is closed.
The PSI message will be as follows: "PSI Services: ADVISORY - Due to an unexpected site closure, your test scheduled for [MM/DD/YYYY] has been cancelled. Please check your email for rescheduling information."
Reminder emails are also sent to candidates.
First is 7 days prior to appt
Other is 48 hours prior to appointment.
If candidate is having trouble scheduling with accommodations, transfer call or have the candidate email into special arrangements.
Score reports will be available to candidates within 48 hours of testing. This is always available through PSI accounts.

Scheduling Appointments
Candidate wants to schedule an examination appointment.
Directions to schedule an appointment with PSI can be found in the Authorization to Test Email
If candidate does not have their Authorization to Test email, resend the email in Registration database.
Candidate wants to Schedule, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Candidates may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting PSI at least 24 hours before the appointment time online at https://www.psiexams.com/test-takers/ or by phone at 855-205-5823.

After the 24-hour mark, there is no recourse, candidates are locked into your appointment.
Advise candidates must receive a confirmation email of the cancellation or rescheduled time.

Exam appointment Length
Candidates have 4 hours, 240 minutes to complete the exam. The appointment is 270 minutes – when candidates are seated at the computer, they have 30 minutes to read/sign the Non- Disclosure Agreement and take the tutorial. PSI requests candidates arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment start time for the check in procedures.
