This project represents the effort to modernize and migrate the following services into ASWBCentral.

• Phase 1: Board Portal

  • Approvals - ability to add/edit/remove approvals for the Jurisdiction

  • Score transfers - ability to access and view score transfers requests for the Jurisdiction

  • Applications - ability to access, review and provide feedback on applications processed through the ASWBCentral system

  • PPD Admin - ability to add, edit, review, delete PPD entries for the Candidate

  • PPD Staff - ability to search PPD database

  • ADA - ability to review and enter determination of non-standard testing accommodations requests

  • Score Results - Bulk - ability to view, query, download score results

  • Score Results - Individual - ability to view, query, print individual score results

• Phase 2: Exam Registration - the ability for Candidates to register for the exam via the web

  • Pearson Vue Integration - ability to send and receive registration to PearsonVue (phase 3)

• Phase 3: Exam Administration - the ability for ASWB staff to a) process approvals (new/edits), b) register candidates, c) edit existing registrations

  • Incident Management - allows ASWB staff to track exam incidents

  • Special Accommodations - enables Candidates to request nonstandard testing arrangements, view status of request and for ASWB staff to review and render a decision

  • Pearson Vue Integration - ability to send and receive registration to PearsonVue
