Update on Exam Registration Expanded Gender option Project

Jira / Confluence Login changes

  • Phase 1 - to be completed by September 12th

    • We are migrating everyone from “Customer” to “user” accounts. This allows us to limit access to documentation/tickets/areas of the system

    • Working with Atlassian support to merge customer and user accounts for some staff.

  • Phase 2 - turn on Single sign-on functionality - TBD

    • Staff will not need to enter their username/password to access the site as we will use their Active Directory credentials

Discuss the questions Wendy had about setting up TOC on Confluence pages and page layout.

  1. Wendy has requested that the Helpdesk.com teams “Practice Test - Triage”; “Practice Test - Support”; and “Practice Test - Sales” be combined

  2. IT Recommends the following to address this

  • Rename PracticeTest-Support to PracticeTest-Support(OLD)

  • Rename PracticeTest-Triage to PracticeTest-Support

  • Setup automated workflow rule - to move any ticket updated in PracticeTest-Support(OLD) to PracticeTest-Support

  • Setup automated workflow rule - to move any ticket updated in PracticeTest-Sales to PracticeTest-Support

  • Remove all staff from PracticeTest-Sales

  • Remove all staff from PracticeTest-Support(OLD)
