Description

The system is required to generate a sequential License number based on the License level when the following criteria has been met

  • When the system receives a Passing exam result for an application in “Approved for Exam” status.

  • When a reciprocity application is approved

  • When a re-licensure application is approved.

Assumptions

  • The generation of the license number will only be triggered by specific events

Requirements

  1. The a triggering action occurs the system must generate a sequential license number for the License level generated

  2. The license number must be associated to the Applicant by License level

  3. The system does not need to generate different license numbers based on type of application (new, reciprocity)
