Requirements:
Files will be of PDF, JPG, TIF format.
An application will have at least 1 file, but as many as 10.
ASWB will send any paper application meeting the following criteria daily. This criteria is currently used when mailing files to DPH, however, they are sent in larger intervals
If the applicant has sat for and passed the ASWB examination and a license has been issued
The applicant submits a new application to correct information on the paper application (the new application is entered into the online system), and the existing paper application is attached.
The application not been updated in 2 years and is now considered “Abandoned”
ASWB will transmit the scanned documents to DPH/eLX via a SFTP connection.
All “online” applications will continue to be made available through the existing Board Portal functionality.
Questions:
Is there a specific naming convention that the DPH wants the files named?
Is there a need to create a single zip file containing all documents pertaining to a single application?
Does the team require a summary document/email to be sent which includes a summary of the files transferred at each running of the process?
It is very likely that no applications will meet any of the three criteria for transmitting files on a given day. Is it acceptable to not send anything on those days?
For the license file we send an empty file
