Goals

  • Provide a positive user experience for Candidates during the registration process

  • Allow for a simple, secure method for users to locate their accounts

  • Allow for change of email address without logging in

Background and strategic fit

During the migration for the legacy systems to ASWBCentral, Candidates who previously registered for an exam will have accounts created for them if they do not already have an account in the ASWBCentral system. These Candidates will need a way to 1) check if they have an existing account, 2) change their email address if they no longer have access to it, and 3) reset their passwords.

Assumptions

  • The changes will be made to the ASWBCentral system

  • The features added as part of this epic will apply to all users of the ASWBCentral system

    • assigned a social worker role

    • regardless of the login URL they have accessed.
