The testing environment will be intermittently available daily between 5:00 and 6:30 AM ET, so that updates to the system to address issues can be deployed. It is advised that no testing be performed during this window to avoid issues. If you require testing to be held during this time, please contact Robert and Dan directly.

  • The application timed out and then I couldn’t get back in it. I used the login information below. It is not under SW licensure- I couldn’t pick CO as an application since it was in progress. I went to “My SW Application” and it says welcome back Keely-test even though that isn’t the login that I am using. It is getting applicant information and user information mixed up .

  • It is there because Julie was able to login as the applicant, and she could see it in her “My SW application” but for some reason it was recognizing my login. After the 4th login attempt as the applicant I was able to see it in “My SW application.” (SEE ALL SCREENSHOTS BELOW )
