The testing environment will be intermittently available daily between 5:00 and 6:30 AM ET, so that updates to the system to address issues can be deployed. It is advised that no testing be performed during this window to avoid issues. If you require testing to be held during this time, please contact Robert and Dan directly.
All testing should be done using the URL https://test.application.aswb.org/Home/Login
Below is a list of known items that you may encounter during testing. As items are reproduced by IT they will be added here. When an item has been addressed, we will indicate so.

Status definitions
Status | Definition |

Not started | IT has received the report from a tester/user and has not had the opportunity to review the item |
Investigating | IT has begun their attempt to recreate the issue and determining course of action and impact to users |
Pending | IT has asked for additional information. need to verify of information from the reporter, or need to discuss the item directly |
Working | IT is actively working on the required changes to address the reported issue |
IT Testing | IT has completed the required changes and is currently conducting internal tests to verify the item has been addressed |
Pending deployment | IT has finished their testing and will be deploying the fix during the next maintenance window |
Pending verification | IT is waiting for the reporter to verify the issue has been addressed (if necessary) |
Resolved | The issue has been confirmed by IT and the reporter as being satisfactorily addressed. |
Postponed | The issue will not be worked on and will be reconsidered at a later time. |
Cancelled | The issue was not able to be reproduced, acts as expected from requirements, or will not be considered per management and/or business POC. |
Steering Committee | The item listed must be reviewed and approved by the steering committee before work can be done to address it |
