The system must allow an applicant a way to locate their account if they do not know which email address we used when loading them

• Search by SSN, Last Name, and ANY approving state for associated approvals

• Search Authorization to test number

• Add a way to check if they have an existing account in addition to create new account, reset password

• Mock up a find my account functionality, no access questions

The system must allow the user to change the email address that is used of they no longer have access to it

If found, system is to ask for new email address and check against existing ASPNetuser emails and Usernames

When going to registration, the suggestion of using the existing NSTA/ESL to ask proper questions was acceptable. Felicia ask that if the Candidate states that they need accommodations and there is not one on file it is a hard stop in the registration process and the Candidate is referred to Exam Admin via TBD

Must allow the candidate to indicate payment will be from employer/school/3rd party

• Potential procedure

  • Request email of contact to send invoice to (a copy will also be sent to Candidate)

  • Put registration on hold

  • Invoice is paid and registration is processed

Add a Yes/No to “Agree to share demographic information”

• Lavina is to provide wording for the question

• Lavina to determine what should happen if they do not agree

  • System could capture that they Candidate did not agree and we can filter out the data when reports are run

It was asked if there is a way to allow Candidates for certain states to have their registration paid from a “bucket” that the state prepays.

For example:

• Oregon prepays ASWB $18,000 to be used for registration/exam fees for Applicants registering with an Oregon approval

• Candidate goes through registration process and moves to payment page

  • If the fees due from the registration are less that what is left in the prepaid amount, display custom message that no payment is needed

    • System tracks this type of payment

  • if the fees due from the registration are more that what is left in the prepaid amount, Candidate is responsible for entire payment
